The Monroe Police Department is currently looking for Terrance Cahee for Violation of a Protective Order. An arrest warrant for Cahee for 15 counts of Violation of a Protective Order has been obtained. Cahee is supposed to be driving an unknown make/model red truck. The Monroe Police Dept. still needs the public’s help in locating Robert Shelton III who is wanted for being one of four individuals who shot at and killed Gary “Scooter” Gardner on September 10, 2017. The other three suspects have not been identified. Shelton and his co-conspirators arrived at Oak Manor Apartments at 2000 Peach Street 40 minutes prior to the shooting in a black Scion Xb belonging to Shelton’s girlfriend. Shelton and the three unidentified suspects planned and ambushed Gardner as he was hanging out with friends. Gardner succumbed to the gunshot wounds he suffered.
MPD obtained an arrest warrant for Robert Shelton III on September 12, 2017 and he has yet to be apprehended. The Monroe Police Dept. has obtained an arrest warrant for Shane Michael Clink whose last known address was on Hwy 144 in Calhoun, LA. Clink is wanted for a Domestic Abuse Battery that occurred on 8/13/2018 on a parking lot in the 3100 block of Louisville Ave. Clink fled the scene prior to the arrival of MPD units wearing dark blue pants and a ripped orange T-shirt. Clink is from Florida and doesn’t know too many people in Northeast LA

The Monroe Police Dept. has obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph Zinnerman Jr. for one count of HOME INVASION. MPD also holds 3 active warrants for Zinnerman Jr. on Failure to Appear, Traffic Charges, and Annoying Phone Calls. OPSO also holds 3 active warrants for Zinnerman Jr. for three separate cases of Domestic Abuse Battery and Violation of a Protective Order. WMPD has a warrant for Zinnerman Jr. for Criminal Damage to Property.

Around 2pm on August 13, 2018 the Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to a subject that had been tied up and at business on Gladway Road in Jackson Parish. The victim was able to get away and call 911 to report the crime and give a description of the suspect and vehicle that he was in. A responding marked unit met a vehicle matching the description given by the victim and went to make a traffic stop on that vehicle, but the vehicle fled. The pursuit of the vehicle went from Jackson Parish into Lincoln Parish. Spike strips were deployed in Lincoln Parish and the vehicle crashed out in Dubach.

The Driver, who was later identified as Adren Thompson, fled on foot and made entry into a residence in Dubach, and eventually forced someone to give him a ride to Bernice, La. As of late yesterday evening, he was spotted in the Bernice area.

Adren Thompson has connections in the Lincoln Parish area along with Conway, Arkansas area.

He is wanted by the Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office with outstanding warrants for aggravated burglary, aggravated kidnapping, and armed robbery.

The Monroe Police Dept. is asking for the public’s help in locating Julius C. Brown (aka Cuda Brown or Cooter Brown). Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Brown, charging him with 1 count of 3rd Degree Rape. Brown is known to live at various addresses on the east side of Monroe and frequents the Booker T neighborhood. Brown had a full beard at the time of the incident on 7/2/2018 but may have since shaved to alter his appearance. Investigators are looking for Jacquez Rachal. Rachal is wanted for Agg. Second Degree battery and Illegal use of a weapon. Rachal was involved with a shooting incident in the 200 blk of Allen st. on 5-29-18 where he was employed with Mitchells Bailbonds. During the incident a shooting occurred injuring the person the bail bonds company was trying to apprehend. The victim in the shooting was believed to have been shot in the leg while handcuffed by the bond company.
